 2 Cups Coconut Milk
 2 Cups Frozen Berries
 1 Fresh Kale Leaves
 1 Ripe Banana
 4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
DIRECTIONS:

First remove kale leaves from their center stalk.

Put the leaves and coconut milk into your blender and blend until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and blend once again until smooth.

Serve immediately.
